Creative Marketplace | Custom Lane, Leith, Edinburgh
Brief: Custom Lane is a collaborative centre for design and making. Conceived by GRAS architects, it is a destination & platform created to identify, support and celebrate emerging world-class design in Scotland. Custom Lane approached Rogue Village to collaborate in conceptualising an event to showcase the thriving creative community in Scotland and share this with wider public.
Response: Trading Post was born, a design focused marketplace brought to you by Custom Lane and Rogue Village, showcasing a selection of Scotland’s leading art, design, food and drink. Alongside this carefully curated marketplace we programmed workshops, children’s activities and DJs. Considered branding, signage and dressing helped to create a truly unique marketplace for the creative community.
