Brief: Ladies Day at Musselburgh Racecourse is one of the biggest days on the Scottish racing calendar with 10,000 attendees. We were engaged to redesign and programme entertainment for the Stage Marquee - the largest covered area and home to the coveted Style Awards show.
Response: Previous designs had been within blackout tents. We wanted to embrace the summer season and created a beautiful light and bright Ibiza-inspired space. Introducing clearspan marquees, a circular stage centrepiece with mirrorballs, playful & colourful florals and clear furniture woven into the design. The stage saw aerial circus performers alongside live ice sculpture carving and an all-female DJ line-up performing from a mirrorball DJ booth.
