A Christmas Fairy Trail

Brief: Archerfield Walled Garden is owned by the Douglas-Hamilton family who have lived and worked the land on Archerfield Estate since the late 1960’s. Archerfield were keen to diversify the estate’s cafe, retail and country estate offering and attract a larger family market. They asked us to create a Christmas experience in order to do so.
Response: We devised, directed and produced A Christmas Fairy Trail, a large scale outdoor, immersive theatre and light show taking place in their woodland trail in the lead-up to Christmas. The event captured the public’s hearts and drove over 8000 visitors per year to Archerfield’s site, whilst gaining critical acclaim and creating huge social media
and press traction.
